An English traditional upholstered arm chair. The chair has a curved top rail over a button-tufted back and a wide padded seat. It has a cream painted wooden frame with side arms, straight square legs to the front, and curved legs to the back connected with an H-stretcher. The chair is upholstered with a striped black and garnet cut velvet fabric and finished with brass tack trim. Unmarked.
