An antique owl music box and in pen rest set. This embossed silver tone metal owl features two green crystal eyes, shown perched on a branch. The mid-section of the owl opens to a music box, with a compartment for a possible ink well. The lower plate includes a pen trough with various rests for nibs. Unmarked.
