Item Details
A vintage Caucasian shashka style sword and scabbard. The sword features an elongated blade with two cut lines present to each side of the blade, and a decorative hilt. The hilt shows gilt and silver tone metals decorated with delicate wirework. The sword is accompanied by a decorative silver toned metal scabbard with a brown leather strap for carrying. The scabbard features an ornate design carved to the front center and a smooth finish to the back. The item does not feature a maker’s mark.
