A framed oil painting on stretched canvas by listed artist John Paul Martinez (American, 20th Century), depicts a tranquil Impressionistic waterfront scene with a couple in a rowboat with peach, red and green flora and billowy clouds overhead. Presented in elegantly detailed gilt wooden frame. Signed by artist to lower right. Metal wire attached to back of frame for hanging.

Minor wear to frame. Craquelure present.
