Item Details
An antique Minton Cockatrice porcelain breakfast service including a teapot, covered sugar bowl, footed creamer pitcher, cup, saucer, and triangular tray. The hand-embellished pieces feature colorful birds and flowers to the white ground in panels of golden scrolls with circular patterns to the turquoise edges. The pieces were produced in the mid 19th century and are marked ‘English Porcelain Minton’ to the undersides.
