Polk Johnson, this book is bound in a gray hardcover with gilt lettering. Also included is The Prehistoric Men of Kentucky by Colonel Bennett H. Young. The book was published 1910 in Louisville, Kentucky by John P. Morton & Company, printers to The Filson Club. It is complete with printed plates and bound in a green clothbound hardcover with gilt lettering. Handwritten graphite inscriptions are present to the interior.
