A reproduction sculpture after artist Wilhelm Lehmbruck (1881-1919), made by Alva Museum Replica, circa 1966. This piece depicts a kneeling nude woman, a length of cloth draped over her raised leg. The sculpture appears to be molded in terra cotta clay finished with a finish coating in a green patinated hue. Marked to the base with both maker’s and artist’s name.
Condition
- overall wear, some finish and coating loss, an area on the base has some blistering. The base is unfinished and bleeds red.
