Vintage "Artilleria Nacional" Spanish Military Bayonet

A bayonet. This vintage bayonet features all steel construction with a crosshatched hardwood handle. The bayonet fits a Mauser M1913 bolt action military rifle, is often referred to as the ‘Spanish Mauser’ and was the only model to use the crosshatched handle. This piece bears the mark ‘Artilleria Nacional Toledo’ at the base of the blade to the left side and ‘43642 D’ to the right.

Condition

- corrosion and rust, wood handle has a small split at the rivet.
