Petit Godin Wood and Coal Burning Stove

This ‘Petit Godin Poele’ is a stove that burns coal or wood. Made of iron and manufactured by the Godin company in France, 1978. Has been lovingly restored following the same color scheme of ivory (or cream) and black as the original, using high temperature tolerant stove paint. (Ivory color paint is applied factory original and has a few flakes and marks; black paint is new restoration.) This stove has not been used by the person who restored it, but it appears to have all the parts necessary for use. Top lid lifts to reveal an inner lid that can be used for cooking. Markings include the number sequence 11440 3720 under lid. Also the numbers 11113 3730 N BOIS + on the top interior edge. Back tag reads in part No. 3720 Fab 01, Class 1, Volume Chauffe W95. Poele au Charbon FNR 1978. Puis nomle 3480. Combustibles ANTHRACITE=20/30.
