Set of Unframed 1830 Maps of the Balkans

A set of four unframed maps of the Balkans region, with hand-tinted borders. All are engraved by J. & C. Walker, and published in 1830 by Baldwin & Gradock of London. Two depict ‘Ancient Macedonia, Thracia, Illyria, Moesia, and Dacia’ while two depict the Ottoman Empire’s European provinces.

Condition

- to fair: normal paper discoloration/yellowing, light to moderate edge wear and small tears, pencil notations from previous owner.
