A vintage ‘Poor Pitiful Pearl’ doll in original packaging. Something not entirely politically correct to today’s standards, this doll features a doll that asks on the packaging ‘Change me from pitiful to pretty!’, with her two change of outfits included in the box. Box marked ‘1955 William Steig, Tristar’.

Condition

The box shows wear consistent with age. The doll appears to be in new condition. Box has a slight tear in base and is written on in pen at base.
