Seth Thomas 89C Mantel Clock

Item Details

A Seth Thomas mantel clock, model 89C. The timepiece features a rectangular wooden case with a molded crown and base. There are two brass lions with rings positioned to either side and the entire piece rests on scrolled acanthus feet. There are six pilasters that flank the clock dial and the clock face features black Roman numeral numbering and hands behind a glass bezel. The back has a removable panel to access the escapement, springs, and other working movements of the clock. The key is included. The item is marked to the interior workings.
