An oil painting on canvas signed ‘M. Aaron.’ This still life depicts a bowl overflowing with realistically-rendered fruits including grapes, apples, pears, and raspberries. A red cloth drapes over the right side, and it is signed to the lower left. The work is presented in a gold tone wood frame with layered borders of foliate molded ornamentation and wire to the verso for hanging.

Condition

- some warping to canvas in upper left; minor loss of materials to surface of frame.
