An archival poster print on paper titled The Paris Review designed by well-listed artist Keith Haring, dated 1988. The piece is signed and dated in plate to the lower left. The work is presented under glass in a composite and wood frame.

Keith Haring was a visual artist known for his street, performance, and pop art. The artist’s work has evolved into an easily recognizable iconography with flying saucers, dogs, and radiant babies. The artist regularly took up activism by addressing AIDS, homosexuality, and the crack epidemic in his work. Haring’s style evolved from the New York street art culture of the 1980s with bold lines and simplified forms. While the artist did formally study art at the Ivy School of Professional Art (Pittsburgh) and the School of Visual Arts (New York), he did not earn a degree from either. Today, his work can be found in a variety of private and public collections including the Museum of Modern Art, the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Musée d’Art Moderne de la Ville de Paris.
