A circa 1970s vintage Victor Costa evening gown in a red polyester knit embellished with dyed red feathers. The gown is designed with a V-neck and wrap bodice that continues to the back as a waist tie, long sleeves, a full skirt and a back zipper to the waist. A grand sweep of dyed red feather plumes is showcased at the hem.
