A red Columbina tray designed by Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas. Featured is a amorphous red tray with curved edges and a smooth surface.
Both originating from the city of Rome, Massimiliano was born in 1944 and Doriana was born in 1961. Fuksas worked for Giorgio De Chirico before receiving his degree in architecture from the La Sapienza University in Rome while Doriana Fuksas studied History of Art at La Sapienza University. Massimiliano Fuksas then opened his first office in 1967 called the GRANMA. After 1985 Fuksas has worked in partnership with his wife, Doriana Mandrelli Fuksas, and they have dedicated themselves to the study of urban problems. Fuksas has grown into one of the most important architecture and interior design companies with more than 600 projects world wide.
