Item Details

A vintage Torii Brand Japanese porcelain serving bowl. The bowl features a molded cherub design with hand-painted glaze in shades of green and red to the yellow ground, angled branch style handles, a scalloped rim, and three thick cabriole feet. The bowl is marked ‘Torii Brand/Made in Occupied Japan’ placing production between 1945-52.

Condition

- crazing to underside of lid, bottom, and interior; residue throughout; discoloration to underside of lid; wear and marks.
