A signed artist’s proof serigraph on paper by well-listed artist George Rodrigue (American; 1944 – 2013), titled Mardi Gras ’96. This print depicts a small dog dressed in a red cape and a gold tone and purple crown. The artist proof is signed by hand in white ink to the lower left corner. The serigraph is presented under acrylic glass in a black wood frame with a wire present to the verso for hanging purposes. Rodriguez is best known for his paintings of dogs and bayou landscapes.

- residue beneath acrylic covering along edges of mat board; rips in backing paper on verso of frame.
