Item Details

An antique cast iron press by the Enterprise Manufacturing Company. Produced circa the early twentieth-century, this ‘combined sausage stuffer, fruit, lard and jelly press’ is operated by a crank with a wooden handle; it has a spout at the base and stands on four feet which can be mounted to a surface. The crank apparatus is marked ‘Enterprise Mfg. Co. Phila. U.S.A.’ and the barrel is marked ‘This Cylinder Is Bored True 4 Qts No. 25’.
