Item Details
A vintage mahogany record player and radio console by Stromberg-Carlson. This piece features a mahogany finish, and a beveled top over four cabinets, resting on bracket feet. The two upper cabinets feature incised frames, hanging pulls and applied fretwork trim to the pilasters. The left cabinet is a pullout drawer with a record player, and the right cabinet is hinged to swing right, revealing a Series 1210 radio receiver. The lower cabinets feature fabric fronts with lattice pattern grill covers, flanked by reeded pilasters, with access to left storage cabinet from the front. The back of the cabinet has open access to the radio receiver, phonograph, and speaker cabinets, and includes a brand plaque and the original stapled information sheet.
