Vintage 1920s Weller Pottery "Coppertone" Frog and Fish Compote

Item Details

An early 20th century Weller Pottery frog and fish compote bowl in the Coppertone pattern. The bowl is shaped like a flower and an the sides of the bowl are designed with swimming fish, some with mouths opened. Matte green and brown glaze finish. The underside is marked with a dark black back stamp, ‘Weller Pottery’.

- minor markings throughout
- overall in good shape consistent with age.
- some rough spots to the interior and base of the bowl.
