A contemporary acrylic painting on canvas by Kentucky artist Toss Chandler (born 20th century). The piece depicts an orange tabby cat napping against a latticed window of a potting shed. To the background is a brick patio surrounded by lush trees, shrubs and a colorful garden, as a woman crouches to the center and tends to a group of flowers. The work is signed by the artist to the lower right. It is presented without glass in a slim wooden frame fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
