A china set for twelve in the St. James pattern by Minton. The pattern features a blue and gold-toned border along the edges with gilded rim and accents. The set includes twelve dinner plates, two oval platters, twelve salad plates, twelve bread and butter plates, fifteen soup bowls, five vegetable bowls, twelve saucers, a gravy boat and underplate, a cake plate, twelve cups, a creamer, and a lidded sugar bowl. All are marked to the undersides, ‘St James Founded Minton 1793 Bone China Made in England Copyright Minton Limited’.
