A pair of mixed media masks titled The Protector and The Truth Sayer by American artist R.W. Adamson, created in 1989. Featured is a mask titled The Protector this piece is rendered with deep red hues and peacock, chicken and pheasant feathers. Included is a mask rendered in blue, white, and black with chicken and pheasant feathers. Each mask is signed to the verso of the mask and informative labels accompany the works.
