A vintage silver plate pickle caster by Pairpoint Mfg. Co. of New Bedford, MA. The caster features a crystal canister with medallion cuts and a silver-plated lid with an ornate finial. The canister rests on a silver-plated base with floral motifs at the top and base, and an decorative band around the base in low relief depicting vines, leaves and flowers. The underside of the base is stamped Pairpoint Mfg. Co., Quadruple Plate” and 615. Also included is a pair of silver plate tongs with clawed feet.
