A lithograph print on paper titled The Couple by listed Polish-born artist Johnny Friedlander (1912-1992). This monochromatic print depicts two abstracted nude figures, reclined head to foot in an embrace. The work is signed in graphite by Friedlander in the lower right margin, and hand numbered 1 in an edition of 95. It is presented under glass in a thin black painted wood frame. There is a hanging wire mounted to the verso, along with a typewritten identification label.

Condition

- to fair; torn paper backing; worn frame finish; glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; minor marks to surface.
