A pair of oil abstract paintings on canvas by Valpey. These paintings depict abstract compositions with muted earth tone hues and linear elements. These pieces are signed ‘Valpey’ to the lower edge of the picture plane and dated ‘’66’. These works are presented in open wooden frames with wire hangers to the verso.

Condition

- craquelure; paint loss throughout; wear to edges and corners of frame; for one painting the original triangle hooks are still in place for it to be hung vertically but it has been wired horizontally.
