A set of two limited edition prints on paper. Featured is a limited edition hand colored lithograph titled Coming Home created in 1984 by Pennsylvania artist James E. Sabol and depicting the The Presque Isle Lighthouse in Erie. The print is signed in plate and in graphite to the lower right, titled to the lower center and numbered to the lower left as 28 out of an edition of 54. Also featured is a limited edition offset lithograph of a Victorian-style house after artist D. Stewart. It is signed in plate to the lower right and numbered as 378 out of an edition of 1950. Both prints are presented under glass and layered matting in wooden frames, each fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- discoloration to Sabol print and matting; minor wear throughout frames.
