Signed lower right, ‘’Pat Strout’’ for Patricia Strout (American, 20th century) and painted circa 1985. A California artist, Strout paints actively in the Bay Area and has exhibited with the Concord Art Association as well as at the Ygnacio Valley Library in Walnut Creek, California.
