Antique Riding Crop with Hidden Sword
Item Details
This interesting riding crop hides a tuck and verdin style single handed short sword with an edgeless design. These types of swords were used for thrusting as opposed to cutting. The riding crop is covered in a braided leather sheath with a leather strap at the end. Very cool piece. Makers mark is present but is not very legible.
Condition
Blade has some rusting. Sheath is drying out and some of the woven piece is fraying at end.
