1847 Rogers "Argosy" Silver Plate Flatware
Item Details
A set of 1847 Rogers silver plate flatware in the Argosy pattern. The pattern was first introduced in 1926 and features a Sandringham shaped handle with a husk patterned band on the edge and an etched scrolled floral design near the terminal. Included in the assortment is fourteen knives, fourteen dinner forks, fourteen salad forks, fourteen place spoons, twenty-eight teaspoons, two butter spreaders, two sugar spoons, a pie server, a salad serving spoon, and a salad serving fork. The set bear the makers marks on the back.
