A contemporary percussion cap black powder rifle. This kit-made firearm consists of a blonde wooden stock with brass hardware, an octagonal barrel with an under-mounted ramrod, a dolphin-headed percussion cap hammer, and a scrolled brass trigger guard. A brass patch box is set into the butt, and the word ‘warranted’ is etched into the lock plate.

Condition

- some marks and cracks in the wood; sight is slightly bent; butt plate misaligned, with metal with slight gap at bottom; dust and dirt to barrel; tarnish to metal pieces; firearm untested.
