Item Details

A hand-tufted area rug by Mahdavi’s A & A Rug Co. This Indian-made wool rug features a contemporary abstract design in a palette of celadon, camel, mauve, terracotta, cornsilk, black and shades of blue. The design incorporates overlapping stripes, polygons and rectangles on a camel field, which is framed by an irregular border, including black and mauve waves, geometric panels and lines. Edges are serged on all sides under a full fabric backing. The rug is labeled on the reverse.
