Treadle Sewing Table with New Goodrich Sewing Machine

Item Details

A treadle sewing machine and table. The machine is made from black metal and shows painted decoration with ‘New Goodrich’ to the front. There is a metal medallion that is engraved with, ‘Foley & Williams Mfg. Co. Chicago and Cincinnati.’ The machine rests in a wooden table with a cast iron treadle and base. The top opens and extends to increase the surface size and the wood is simply carved in an art deco style with wood pulls to the side drawers.
