Fretwork Quartz Mantel Clock

A fretwork quartz mantel clock. The clock has a gingerbread style with cherry and other hardwoods and veneer case that is displayed in a beautiful fretwork design. The fretwork is made of two layers of scrollwork, decorative and floral designs with an urn finial on the crest and floral finials on the side columns. Other features of the clock include a wood case with carved side panels and a brass frame surrounding a brushed goldtone bezel. The bezel frames a white face with black Arabic numbers and black hands set on a beige center with painted red flowers. The clock has a battery compartment on the verso with a plinth style base and there are no apparent makers marks.
