An original 1984 oil painting on canvas by Ohio artist Pat Whipp (20th, 21st Century). The colorful Impressionistic painting depicts a rainy day at a busy city square with an elaborate fountain at its center. It is signed and dated to the lower left. The work is housed in a gold town wood frame with cast embellishments and a cream colored linen liner and wood fillet, with a hanging wire present to the verso.
