Bourne Denby Stoneware Jug, Late 19th C- Early 20th C.
Marked with incised Bourne Denby England mark to bottom with stenciled stamp that reads ‘Leadless Glaze’.
Its squat bulbous form features raised relief hunting images, plain neck with pinched spout to top and molded dog formed shape handle. The jug is glazed to the top half in a brown glaze, the bottom is left neutral.
