A signed oil painting on canvas of a house by a lake. This painting depicts a single house sitting in a snow covered landscape filled with trees and a lake and is signed by hand to the lower left illegibly appearing to read ‘L. Bauer’. The painting is presented in a gold tone gesso and wood frame with a raised scrolling, floral design. A wire is present to the verso for hanging purposes.

- nicks and scratches to the frame.
