A limited edition lithograph after a drawing of a street scene by artist Jack Simmerling. This print depicts a metropolitan city, with a stairway leading to a Classical style building fronted with sculptures of lions and waving flags. To the distance is what appears to be a large skyscraper marked ‘Prudential’. To the lower margins is an in-plate and handwritten signature, as well as a print edition, listed 330 of 500. The print is presented under glass beneath matting in a gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
