Chinese Faux Cinnabar Jar

A Chinese resin faux cinnabar jar. This red, lidded dish is covered with raised carvings of water lilies, scrollwork and other floral displays. The lid features a lotus bud finial, and the interior of the jar is a glazed blue ceramic. The footed base of blue ceramic bordered by a gold tone metal bezel. Unmarked.
