A vintage S.S. Wolverine Luxury Liner winding toy. This tin toy ship is realistically decorated in red, blue and white with a flexible rudder and working propellers. The bathtub toy’s box is marked ‘Wolverine – Mechanical Luxury Liner – No. 93’ and ‘It is important to keep propeller from spinning while Luxury Liner is out of water – Key is fastened permanently’. The key is in one of the two smokestacks. The box and base of the boat are marked ‘Mfd. by Wolverine Supply & Mfg. Co., Pittsburgh, PA. – Made in U.S.A.’
