A Peruvian School oil painting on canvas. The painting features a detailed rendering of an angel wearing an elaborate dress with gold tone pattern detail, and wielding a flame in her outstretched arm. Several small birds flutter near her and she stands before a forested landscape under a sky filled with dark clouds. The painting appears to be signed and dated ‘Anmi Ant – 07’ to the lower right corner. The stretched canvas is presented unframed and is ready to hang with a wire. It is stamped to the verso ‘Insituto Nacionalos Cultura – Peru’.
