Elmwood Chinese Nanking Style Cupboard

An elmwood Chinese Nanking style cupboard. This traditional elm cupboard has a large polished and engraved steel lock plate and matching pulls on each of the retractable doors that fold into the cupboard, over a pair of two side by side drawers in the base. The interior has a large open storage area and is fitted at the base with two drawers at the bottom each with double pulls. The entire cupboard rests on block feet with stepped spandrels. No apparent maker’s mark.
