Chinese Ceramic Dragon Teapot and Japanese Kutani Teapot
Item Details
A Chinese ceramic dragon teapot and one Japanese Kutani teapot. The dragon teapot features a dragon head as the spout and tail as the handle. The lidded top is decorated in a dragon’s head with a raised body that extends to the lower part of the teapot. The base is hallmarked ‘Hand Painted Victoria China.’ The Kutani teapot features a traditional Akaye design and includes a black bamboo top handle and white ceramic mesh tea strainer. The teapot is hallmarked in Japanese ‘Great Japan.’
Condition
- Kutani teapot handle is broken on one side.
