Vintage Theodore Roosevelt Plates

Item Details

A pair of collector’s plates featuring President Theodore Roosevelt. One of the plates is from Vernon Kilns, circa 1942. It features a transfer printed design to the front with his portrait to the center, surrounded by images and dates of notable events of his presidency. It is marked to the verso with a quote from him. Also included is a plate with a color portrait to the center and a presidential seal to the top rim. It is marked to the underside, ’S.P. Co. S Sebring. O.

Condition

- crazing and hairline crack to plate with color image and seal; surface marks and wear to patterns throughout.
