African Double-Sided Spear/Axe

Item Details

An African double-sided spear/axe. This piece, attributed as Ethiopian, comprises a dark colored wooden shaft with a long thin silver tone metal spear head on one end and a silver tone metal axe head on the other end. The spear end features alternating bands of metal and wood on the socket and hatch marks engraved into the metal.

Condition

- to fair. Cracks to metal on both ends.
