An oil painting of flowers by an artist signing the work ‘Martelli.’ This piece is rendered with bright colors and painterly brushwork, depicting a low vase overflowing with flowers placed near the edge of a wooden table. The painting is signed in ink to its lower left corner and is mounted in a carved wooden frame with a hanging wire to its verso.
Condition
- foxing and discoloration to verso; minor cracking to paint; small scuff mark with paint loss left of vase; discoloration to fabric liner; scuff marks and dents to frame; wear to edges and corners of frame.
