1818 Georgian Sterling Silver Chalice with London Hallmarks

A Georgian sterling silver chalice with London hallmarks indicating the maker to be ‘WE’, possibly William Eaton. The chalice has a gadroon rim at the footed base and fluted detailing at the lower half of the flared cup which bears the hallmarks. This piece is dated for 1818 with the George III duty mark. The total approximate weight is 11.390 ozt.
