A Kent Art Ware art deco head. This blanc de chine ceramic piece features an Asian woman’s face and curly hair. Kent Art Ware was a Japanese company that produced products just for the American middle class market. Items were not sold in any other country. This piece represented the ‘modern girl’. It is marked, ‘Kent Art Ware’ to the bottom.
