Item Details
A portfolio collection of six lithographs and one offset lithograph on paper after French artist Bernard-Romain Julien (1802-1971). These prints feature master copy sketches originally done is French drawing classes and one offset lithograph of a forest landscape. All lithographs are signed in plate to the lower margin along with additional inscriptions. The prints are presented in a brown leather portfolio.
Condition
- to fair; advanced toning and foxing to paper; fraying and tearing to edges; creases and warping to paper; dust and accretions present; portfolio is toned and crumbling apart; water stains to portfolio.
